THE TEAM
-
M.J. MUSEY | Founder, CEO
M.J., a second-generation Ghanaian, was born and raised in Lithonia and Stone Mountain, Georgia. From a young age, he has had a deep passion for all entertainment media—especially animation. He oversees STMT Media in television and film development, pitching projects to other industry studios and executives, production, casting, and story editing.
With his extensive literacy in scripted entertainment and exceptional ability to identify and filter quality content, these special skills have led him to work in development with MAX©, receive Writer credits on two Call of Duty© titles, and earn a spot on the Forbes© 30 Under 30 list in the last few years.

PHIIP MUSEY | Chief Strategy Officer
Philip is a filmmaker with a Bachelor's in Economics from Harvard University and a professional background in strategy consulting. His stories explore entrepreneurship, economic mobility, and family legacy. His short film The Inventor—about the life of Black businessman Garrett Morgan—screened at 11 festivals in 2022, was a finalist for a Warner Bros. Discovery short film competition and was later picked up by AMC Networks.
Philip has loved storytelling since his early days of putting on skits with his brothers and making short films for class projects. However, he credits a summer class at the Georgia Governor’s Honors Program for inviting him on a lifelong journey to think critically about the Black male image in cinema. He hopes to add some of his perspectives to that cinematic tapestry, tapping into his experiences as the son of a Ghanaian immigrant.
